Temporary service suspension for system maintenance
Dear Customers,
Due to system maintenance of Global Payment System of HSBC Bank (China), our cross-bank CNY transfer service (including mobile number transfer) will be temporarily out of services from 22:00 pm, 7 Feb 2026 (Saturday)– 06:00 am, 8 Feb 2026 (Sunday). During this period, all inbound transfer request will be rejected by system but return to normal after system maintenance. The outbound payment CNY payment via digital channels will be processed once system maintenance is finished at 06:00 am, 8 Feb 2026, you can notify the payee to check the fund arrival status after the system maintenance is completed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Notice on HSBC China Mobile Banking no longer supporting AOS 10.0 or earlier versions
Dear Customers, HSBC China Mobile Banking will release V3.68 on 25 Mar. To ensureconsistent system performance,this version will no longer support the Android™OS version 10.0 (inclusive) or any earlier versions. Please upgrade the new system as soon as possible to avoid the subsequent failure of mobile banking. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The currently supported devices and operating systems for HSBC China Mobile Banking app:
- iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch with iOS/iPadOS version 15.0 or above (excluding Beta version)
